Does it cost anything to sell?
No. Listing is free and Celis takes no commission. Whatever the buyer pays goes straight to you.
How do I get paid?
In person, when you meet. The buyer checks the item and pays you in cash, ZAAD, or eDahab. Celis never holds your money, so there is nothing to withdraw and nothing to wait for.
Why do you check my ZAAD or eDahab name?
It keeps one real person to one account. Our team checks that the number you give is registered to your name. Other members never see your number or your wallet name, and we will never ask for your PIN or ask you to send money.
What does the blue badge mean?
Our team has confirmed the account is the real business or person it says it is. Shops, well-known sellers, and Celis staff can have it. A verified account cannot change its name in the app, so nobody can borrow the badge.
How do I avoid scams?
See the item before you pay, meet in a busy public place, and never share a code someone texts you. Celis warns you in the chat when a message looks like a known scam.
What if a deal goes wrong?
Open a dispute from the deal within 14 days. Both sides share what happened, and our team decides. You can also report or block anyone at any time.
Where are your terms and privacy policy?
Read our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, also in Somali: Shuruudaha Adeegga and Siyaasadda Asturnaanta. The app asks you to accept the terms before you buy or sell.
