Delete your account

In the app

  1. Open Celis and sign in.
  2. Go to You, then Settings.
  3. Tap "Delete my account" and confirm.

If you cannot get into the app

Email support@example.com from your account's email address. We will delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your profile, listings, messages, and saved items.

What we keep

If an account was banned, we keep a hashed email, number, and device so the person cannot return. Your open deals and disputes must be closed before deletion.
